authority cannot be derived from fiction, it is a claim made by a man; fiction cannot act, express, experience, or do a deed; there are no fictions on earth;

i have dominion over my body, my stuff and my place; i uphold dominion and move freely on earth without control or diminution;

dominion is: when a man siezes to his use that which once lay in common, dominion once established, remains with him until by some other deed he shows his intention to abandon it; dominion is: possession, use, enjoyment, disposal and exclusion over a thing, all without control or diminution; dominion arises by way of occupancy in the absence of another man's dominion and ceases upon abandonment; it is free of wrong doing in its origin;

i consider, interference with dominion of i detrimental to i, it is wrong and remedy must be available at law to both restore dominion and to provide remedy for wrong doing; out of wrong doing no claim can arise;

i consider the following to be wrongs: harm, loss, damage, coercion, extortion, steal (theft/robbery), false dealing (lie, deceipt, slander, barratry, personification, perjury), unlawful detainment;

if no man claims wrong by my deeds here on earth, then any interference of property of i is wrong doing;
